Subprime Lenders Bite the Dust

More and more non traditional lenders have gone out of business making it even harder for the "less than perfect borrower" to get a mortgage loan to refinance their existing loan or purchase a new home with a small down payment. This is causing the mortgage lending business to tighten up and has tended to make investors more timid. This is causing the entire real estate business to take a break from the exuberance that tore through this country most of the last year and the previous years.
What that means to you and to me is that we have more opportunities to make your home project or loan the focus of our lives and by focusing on this we can get a more realistic viewpoint on what is possible for you. We can also promise that we can get the best deal on financing for you or your project because there are fewer choices available.
